HTGF-300 High-Speed Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine

The HTGF-300 is a fully automatic, servo-driven tube filling and sealing machine that feeds, orients, fills, seals, codes and ejects plastic, laminated and aluminum tubes on one enclosed platform. It offers two sealing modes — inner hot-air heating for plastic/laminate tubes and multi-fold crimping for aluminum tubes — with no mold change between tube materials of the same diameter range.

Questions about the HTGF-300

Can the HTGF-300 run both plastic and aluminum tubes?

Yes. The machine is offered with two sealing systems: inner hot-air heating for plastic and laminated tubes and a folding (crimp) station for aluminum tubes. Within the same diameter range no mold change is needed; a different diameter needs a set of tube cups.

Can it fill two or three colors in one tube?

Yes. With the multi-color dosing option it fills striped toothpaste or two-tone creams in a single cycle.

What do I need to send for a quotation?

Tube material, diameter and length, fill volume, product viscosity (or a sample), target output and your power supply. We then confirm speed, change parts and price in writing.
