A monoblock line that feeds small glass bottles, fills nail polish or gel polish, inserts brush wipers, places and screws brush caps and can hand over to a labeler. It runs 30–80 bottles per minute with ±1% accuracy across 2–300 ml.

Can it drop mixing balls into nail polish bottles?
Yes. An automatic ball-dropping station is available before filling.
How does it avoid dripping with thick gel polish?
We use suck-back piston nozzles or peristaltic pumps that retract the product after each dose.
Do I need different parts for different bottles?
Each bottle shape uses its own star wheels and cap chuck; we supply change parts for every bottle you send.
